Crawford is a dedicated wife, mother, former nurse, and strong advocate for Kansas families running to represent District 5 in the Kansas House of Representatives. A lifelong Miami County resident with deep roots in both Paola and Osawatomie, Courtney brings real-world experience, grassroots leadership, and principled conservative values to Topeka.
 

Her commitment to protecting families and individual freedoms was shaped through both her professional and personal experiences. After her child suffered a vaccine injury and she later lost her nursing position for declining the COVID-19 vaccine, Crawford became a passionate voice for medical freedom, informed consent, parental rights, religious liberty, privacy, and free speech.
 

Known for taking action at the local level, Crawford has built a strong record of community involvement and grassroots advocacy. She successfully led the COLA petition effort in Paola’s USD 368, helping give local voters a voice on the proposed cost-of-living property tax increase. She also played an active role in advocating for a moratorium on data centers in Miami County, raising awareness about PACER AI and EagleView technologies, and pushing for an independent third-party environmental study before large-scale development moves forward.

She believes government should respect parental decision-making, protect constitutional liberties, and remain accountable to the people it serves.

She is committed to lower taxes, school choice, property rights, strong families, and policies that put Kansas communities first—not special interests or unchecked growth.
